A chatbot was developed for HealthLine Pharmacy, an online pharmacy that delivers medicines to the doorstep. The chatbot, MediBot, can help order medicines, track delivery status, and get discounts and offers. MediBot can also answer questions about the medicines ordered, such as dosage, side effects, and interactions. MediBot uses natural language processing and machine learning to understand the queries and provide relevant and accurate information. Python, Rasa, and MongoDB were used to build the chatbot and it was deployed on a web app using Django and AWS.
MediBot can help customers order medicines from the comfort of their home, without having to visit a physical pharmacy or wait in long queues. MediBot can also track the delivery status of the orders and notify the customers when their medicines arrive.
